Frequently Asked Questions
Why should I use Graham Waste Services?
GWS provides the highest level of service available in the industry at competitive prices. We are large enough to meet the needs of contractors and commercial customers, yet small enough to provide personalized service to homeowners, small businesses, and other customers. You will find our office staff and our drivers to be courteous and attentive to your needs, and the 'Graham Promise' means you'll always reach a live person—not a voice mail system—when you call anytime during business hours.
How far in advance do I need to order a container?
We offer same day service for orders placed in the morning. When possible, 24 hour notice is appreciated. Please call us at 1-888-781-3377 to schedule your container.
How do you charge for roll-off containers?
When you order a roll-off container, there is a charge for the container. This charge includes the delivery and removal of the container, four weeks rental and a pre-determined amount of weight depending upon the size of the container. If the container weighs more than the amount allowed, there will be an extra charge per ton for the additional weight. After the fourth week, there is a weekly rental fee for the container.
What are the dimensions of the roll-off containers?
Our waste containers come in 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 cubic yard sizes.
Is there different pricing depending on the type of material in the container? (for example: concrete)
Yes. In certain instances, we are able to charge a reduced rate for concrete, metal, stumps and certain other materials. Please contact a member of our staff for details.
Are there any materials, which may not be placed in the container?
Yes. Graham Waste is unable to accept any hazardous or "special" waste, including medical waste, biohazards, paint, paint thinner and other solvents, equipment containing gas or oil, chemicals and items with asbestos content. Restrictions and fees may apply to other items including, but not limited to, appliances, propane tanks, refrigerators, freezers, box springs, mattresses, air conditioners, tires, televisions, monitors and computers. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding certain materials.

How long can I keep a container?
There is no maximum time period, so long as rental payments are kept current.
Can the containers be moved once filled with items?
We will move containers for a fee, but we cannot take any responsibility for any damage to contents. We recommend that no valuable or breakable items be stored in a container that will be moved. Items will shift during transport.
At which end is the container door located?
The container has a door at only one end. When ordering a container, please inform our staff which direction you want the door to face at your property.
